After having sold the only S60 Polestar in existence, Volvo are apparently pondering the idea of actually putting it into limited production, after seeing the amount of interest it accumulated.
According to autocar.co.uk, the car would retain the same huge power figure, of 500 hp, as well as the current car’s turbocharged 3.0-liter petrol engine and all-wheel drive system. If it does go into production, it will be an extremely limited run and the car will cost in excess of €130,000 - but it will get people's attention.
Making this car would put Volvo in a different league, and it would bring the Swedish mark a little more attention, as well as some much-needed sporty flavor injected into its range, which currently lacks a high-powered flagship which every ‘normal Volvo’ owner aspires to own.
