The Volkswagen Transporter is one van that has certainly managed to be much more than just a commercial vehicle. Ever since the first generation became the representative vehicle of the hippie generation (the van still lives on today, with some examples serving new purposes, such as playing pool), the Transporter has established a special, emotional relationship with its owners.

The most frequently used modern day translation for the aforementioned relationship is the word “tuning”. We can say that the current T5 facelift Transporter is one of the vehicles that can be found on tuning companies’ shopping list.

The latest tuner to offer us a modification kit for the VW van is RSL, which has created a styling package for the vehicle.

The most important new feature that can be found on the Transporter is a set of four 20-inch alloy rims that use a special design and come in a two-color finish.

The vehicle has been fitted with a front bumper add-on element that comes with air intakes and special ornaments that are also destined for the front bumper. The tuner has also installed daytime running lights that use LED technology. The exterior kit also includes a set of side skirts, rear bumper add-on elements, a roof-mounted spoiler, wind-deflecting ornaments for the front windows and chrome exterior mirror caps.

In addition to that, RSL offers a sport exhaust system that offers a distinct sound and a set of lowering springs that decrease the van’s ride height by 50mm.
