Toyota Grabs 15 Top 10 Places in TUV Reliability Report

Yet again Toyota proves its reliability through the internationally recognized TUV survey where it took no fewer than 15 models to a top 10 ranking.
Published for the first time 40 years ago, the TUV annual report provides an unbiased benchmark survey for consumers about he long term reliability and overall quality of vehicles available on the market.

The independent survey placed Toyota as the leading manufacturer for the fourth year, with strong results for the Prius model, which topped both the four-to-five and six-to-seven-year-old vehicles categories.

In the two-to-three-year-old category, the iQ got placed on third, ahead of the the Avensis in ninth while among the vehicles between four and five years old, the Auris is rated eight behind the top-rated Prius model. In the six to seven years category, the Toyota Prius leads over the Verso in sixth, RAV4 in seventh and Yaris in Ninth.

Going up a bit more and in the eight to nine years old, TUV picked the Verso on second, RAV4 in third, Avensis in fifth and the Corolla on the eight place. The ten to eleven years old category puts the RAV4 second, the Corolla on third and the Yaris on fourth.
