This 370Z Upgrade Sounds Fishy

Nissan decided to make some in-house tuning with their newly released 370Z, so they turned to Nismo to give it a sportier look.

There are two different goodies to be offered, one is the S-Tune Aero package which makes the car look like a fish, and the other is the S-Tune Performance line that makes the Nissan go faster.

The first aerodynamic pack consists of a newly designed front and rear bumper spoilers, side skirts and a trunk wing. All these look-at me gadgets make the car desperate and we don't fancy that too much.

What we do fancy is the second package which includes new brake pads, S-Tune suspension, a stainless-steel exhaust set and Nismo 19" wheels. Couple that with the 370Z's V6 engine that chucks 328 hp, 270 lb-ft of torque (365Nm) and you get a real sports car for everyone.

The best thing about these new packages is that you don't have to get the two of them together. You can either have the engine upgrade (highly rated), the visual upgrade (a bit crappy if you ask us), or both.

They made it look like a deep ocean fish with that huge front spoiler, little odd eyes, a large tail and two exhaust pipes to match its fishy character. Although the car doesn't look dull and it has presence, this is one example where personality spoils the looks.

The Nissan 370Z made its debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show on November 19, replacing its older counterpart, the 350Z. This car is released with different names, depending on the market it is sold in. For instance in the US and Western Europe it is sold by the name 370Z, while in Japan the name "Fairlady Z" caught the customers' attention.
