This 1991 Lancia Delta HF Integrale 16v Turbo Can Be Imported Into the U.S.

Before Lancia got in the sorry situation it finds itself in these days, the Italian manufacturer was king of the hill in rallying. The Fulvia, the Stratos, the Delta Integrale, oh what a time to be a car enthusiast. These days, the Integrale is one of the most sought-after classics the market has to offer, and it’s easy to explain why.

Born right after Group B was dropped because it was dangerous for both drivers and spectators, the Lancia Delta HF Integrale is, for all intents and purposes, the road-going variant of the model that brought Lancia a lot of WRC titles. Of the ten constructors’ titles collected by Lancia from 1974 to 1992, the Delta won six of them (1987 to 1992). Impressive stuff, alright.

By comparison, the second-best automaker in the World Rally Championship is Citroen, with eight titles to its name. It’s rather clear, then, why the Delta HF Integrale is so alluring to so many classic car enthusiasts, young and old.

But the problem with finding a good Delta Integrale nowadays is that most of them were either driven in anger, damaged in crashes, modified, and the list goes on and on. The black-painted example in the adjacent photographs and videos is a unicorn, chiefly because it has been well cared for and it's highly original. If mileage interests you the most, the odometer shows 99,913 kilometers, which translates to 62,083 miles in North American money.

And good golly, it’s listed on eBay and it can be legally imported into the United States because it was manufactured in 1991. Currently located in Canada, the Buy It Now price for this blast from the past is $27,500. To put that sum into perspective, the 2016 Ford Focus RS starts from $35,900.

If you’re interested in this awe-inspiring machine, the owner is only happy to assist you with transportation arrangements. For more information on the car’s immaculate condition, the eBay listing is yours for the checking.
