A 1956 Porsche 356A T1 Speedster is the amazing subject of this week's Petrolicious episode, which we're recommending as a must-watch. The theme of the clip is "Sense of Occasion" and you definitely feel that in every shot, every angle of this beautiful 911 forefather.
The 356 Speedster spent a good portion of its live being raced, after which its current own, mister Jon Warshawsky, had it lovingly restored to immaculate condition.

The Speedster is an iconic shape in Porsche history, one which forever shaped the German brand's legacy. But the roofless design is more than a pretty sight, it's also the basis for an engaging driving experience. Jon explains this very nicely by comparing it to skiing, in that your body is telling you you're going faster than it should go.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
