The Katros Garage Momentum: Small Displacement Is Stylish

We've seen many nifty bikes from Indonesia, and seeing Deus establishing an operations center in Bali almost speaks for itself: this country has immense potential, despite most its inhabitants being rather poor. And with millions of new motorcycles sold annually... things are really interesting.

The Katros Garage is yet another workshop discovered by BikeEXIF and we must admit their builds are awesome. They might not be as huge as other American 2-liter v-twins, but in this business, size matters little.

And just to prove that small-displacement bikes such as a Suzuki Thunder 125 can become amazing machines, here's Katros' take on one. With all the plastic bodywork gone and a revised frame to accommodate the custom cafe-racer seat, the Thunder 125 has also dropped many of its "popular" feats.

Aluminium fenders were installed above the new laced rims which have replaced the stock mag ones, and the Momentum, for that's the name of the bike, has also been shod with wider tires. Taller, pulled-back bars came in place and a custom single gauge was installed.

The only thing which still needs some work is the wiring and cables: there is still room for improvement and having then neatly routed and hidden in a more fashionable way. But riding this bike in any major European capital would definitely turn heads, as it boasts a very refined look.

We'll bring you more Katros art, so watch this space.
