The Joker’s Villain Car in Suicide Squad Is a Customized Infiniti G35 Wrapped in Chrome

Jared Leto drives a Ford Bronco covered in Flames on a daily basis, but when it comes to being on set things change completely. In case you haven’t heard already, social networks have been boiling over these leaked photographs and short clips taken on the set of Suicide Squad the other day. The upcoming superhero film based on the DC Comics gathers a bunch of anti-heroes that includes The Joker, of course.

Hero or villain, that particular car is a demanding factor for any DC Comics installment. Since The Joker is seen as the archenemy of Batman, you’d think producers would get him a proper anti-hero car too. But if we were to look back at the vehicles the character used for the Batman movies, we’d say he was rather unlucky.

Let’s see, he had that helicopter with a Joker face wrap on the side that Batman destroyed with a bomb. Then, there’s that customized van the villain had personalized with his trademark colors of purple and green. Last, but not least Batman’s enemy drove one of the Goon Cars. The cars were 1978 Dodge 3700 GT sedans painted with the same colors. As you can plainly see, none of them was a supercar of any sort.

This time, however, The Joker received his well-deserved, villain ride. Jared Leto was seen sitting next to this chrome red car on set the other day. Judging by the “Ha Ha HA” license number we can only assume that’s what the smiling evil character will be driving in the upcoming Suicide Squad.

We’re not sure yet if that truly is the case, but it seems we’re looking at a highly customized Infiniti G35. It’s the brainchild of Vaydor auto shop, a place that takes these rather regular vehicles and converts them into faux-exotic cars. Feel fee to prove us wrong if you think it's something else.
