So, it begins... Urban Motor delivers the first custom BMW R nineT of the world, a premiere which will soon be accompanied by a majestic wave of followers. Customization is the key concept around which the nineT was designed, and it looks like this bike will be a milestone for both BMW and the custom scene.
The nineT got a tank job for more fluid lines to blend in with the custom alloy tail and a compact, sporty attire. A Mottogadget Motoscope Pro digital LED dash was installed, after Urban Motor made sure it works flawlessly with BMW's CAN-bus wiring.
Gilles Tooling clip-ons received Brembo master cylinders for brake and clutch, with Domino levers to complement the Tarozzi pegs. The Urban Motor now breathes out through a tunable Supertrapp exhaust system with wrapped headers.
The front end did not make it untouched. In fact the the front of the bike was literally tossed away, and replaced with a cool number plate and a 50mm headlight under it. Add in Golden Tyre dual-sport rubber for exceptional traction on multiple surfaces and there you have it: the Urban Motor Track Grinder, the world's first custom BMW R nineT.
