Since this year's edition of the Geneva Motor Show is approaching fast, we must keep in mind that, aside from the tons of fresh production metal we'll get to meet at the Swiss venue, the tuning world is also waiting to greet us with plenty of surprises.
The label above is quite fitting for what German tuner Techart plans to do for the Porsche 911 GT3 RS. Before we move on to discussing their customization efforts, allow us to point out the company hasn't accustomed us to working on Rennsport Posches.

In fact, the GT3 RS PDK is one of Techart's first ventures into the RS realm. Given the fact that Porsche only builds 2,000 of these uber-special Neunelfers per year, we're dealing with quite an occasion here.

The track-savvy 911 has been taken down the carbon fiber route

One thing we have seen Techart doing in the past has to do with developing carbon fiber kits for less focused rear-engined coupes. Which brings us to the company's current development, a lightweight package destined for the GT3 RS.

The tuner didn't want to bet on the eye-candy colors of the GT3 RS, such as the Lava Orange launch hue or the Ultraviolet Blue that has stirred up the crowds. Instead, the specialist went for White, one of the standard colors of this Porsche. Truth be told, the hue does offer the clearest view of the carbon fiber bits Techart has fitted to the machine.

From the front fender air extractors and the door mirrors to the air intakes that had us convinced this was a turbo model during the early stages of prototype development, the CF approach perfectly suits this Porsche.

Techart should also touch the cabin of the GT3 RS, but we'll probably have to wait for March to get to the bottom of that.
