Sylvester Stallone and Chevrolet Camaro SS: Muscles in a Muscle Car

It's hard not to think at Sylvester Stallone as to the man that kills everything, destroys everything and beats the crap out of everything, be it a law offender or a professional fighter. But when it comes to cars, Sylvester Stallone remains the same surprising appearance we know.

Just imagine, it would be terrible to see Sly behind the wheel of a Lamborghini, a pink Bentley or a Rolls Royce Ghost. It would simply not fit him so what Stallone has decided to drive is a lot more special.

As you can see in the adjacent photos, Rambo drives nothing else than a muscle car. And, not only that it's a Chevrolet Camaro, but it's also the SS version which
is actually the abbreviation for Super Sport, meaning that Sly drives one of the most powerful muscle cars currently in production.

The Camaro SS is equipped with one of the two 6.2-liter V8 engine, L99 and LS3, each capable of very high performances. The L99 develops 400 horsepower at 5900 rpm and 556 Nm of torque at 4300 rpm, while the LS3 generates 426 horsepower at 5900 and 569 Nm of torque at 4600 rpm.

Sylvester Stallone has always been in the hot American cars, as the American actor was spotted in 2009 at the wheel of a red and black Mustang GT. Sure, opinions are pretty much divided here at autoevolution and we can't really decided which is hotter, the Mustang GT or the Camaro SS so, if you want to tell us which ride is better of the one who turned Rambo into a major success please use the comment box below.
