The second new Suzuki model to get a UK sticker on it today is the Kizashi Sport, which will arrive on the market in January 2012. For just under GBP22,000 (GBP21,995 to be more precise), you get a mid-seze sedan with room for four and and about 178 hp at 6,000 rpm from its 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine.
Standard features on the car include 18 inch rims with disc brakes at each corner, as well as ESP, ABS with electronics brake-force distribution and 7 airbags which include a Drivers Knee airbag.
“ce the UK introduction of the Kizashi Sport ‘D’ segment car with switchable 2/4WD as standard equipment. Kizashi – which in Japanese means ‘A sign of great things to come’ - represents an exciting new direction for the company and has been developed as the flagship model in the Global Suzuki passenger car line-up,” Suzuki says. We don’t know anything about that, but what we do know is that only 500 are coming to Britain right now.
