SuperTrapp shows their new SE Series Slip-On silencers, a nifty high-performance upgrade for a range of select Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
The new exhausts look different from what we were kind of used to see coming form Supertrapp: there are no tunable discs capping them, so they look like ordinary aftermarket canisters.
However, it's what's inside them which makes them great. The SuperTrapp SE Series Slip-Ons come with a race-derived internal baffle about which the manufacturer says it adds an instant 10-12% extra horsepower on the spot.
The cans are also loaded with an internal heat shield so their neat, chrome finish will never turn blue. An optional replacement core is also available, and it makes these exhausts technically rebuildable. The Supertrapp logo can be either left on display or hidden, by swapping the left and right bodies, too.
The SuperTrapp SE Series Slip-Ons are compatible with no less than 17 end caps, sold separately and will fit ‘97-‘07 Softails, ‘95-‘13 Baggers and ‘09-‘13 Tri Glides and Street Glides. The MSRP is $439.00 (€319).
