Youtube channel Mercedes-Benz TV is usually packed with videos that don’t make much sense, like those of people sculpting wood or creating clothes out of garbage. Frankly, we could’t care less – we’d rather watch car crashes or cows tipping over.
On January 10th they showed an interview of Chicago supermodel Karlie Kloss, and again, we didn’t pay much attention. But today, we wish we had because she’s the star of a groovy promo featuring the brand new CLA compact four-door coupe.
Mercedes’s involvement with the world of models and catwalks is quite well known. The CLA, in fact, is being shown in Europe at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Berlin (15 to 18 January 2013).
Karlie is 20-years old, a size 4 and has been modelling since she 2006. Her hobbies are baking cookies and ballet… obviously. Meanwhile, the CLA is less than a month old, and its hobbies are looking posh and costing people lots of money.
Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
