Super Yacht Sub 3 Is What Putin Would Use to Go Deep Sea Diving

First of all we’ll set one thing clear, all these private small submersibles are the ultimate toy for the rich. The one you’re about to see is U-Boat Worx’s latest model. As to the company, you’ll probably remember it from when the entire world saw the Russian President Vladimir Putin cruising with one of their models into a deep sea exploration.

Well, if Putin uses it, then it has to be the right deal. Anyway, that is what the Netherlands-based company thought the moment they chose to promote their mini-submarines inviting the Russian president for a “spin”.

Now, the same company announced yet a newer model that is clearly out of our league. Out of our league, but extremely cool. It was designed to fit inside the vast majority of super yachts and is available with either a 150 or 300 meter depth rating (492 or 984 ft). Specially designed to fit 3 people, the Sub 3 is ultra-compact and ultra-light and comes with exclusive features, great performance and innovation.

The company claims you can count on reliable and exceptional performance whether you’re operating under water in strong current or are facing rough topside conditions. Inside, the Super Yacht Sub 3 has luxurious features such as leather seating and a fully air-conditioned environment at 1 atmosphere of pressure. Moreover, the pressure hull allows a seating arrangement to optimize the view for the pilot and two passengers.

Before you watch Putin diving a C-Explorer 5 submersible (again), let us just remind you this baby is a toy for the rich by simply telling you that one item will cost you €1.75 million (US$2.35 million). But who needs money to dream, right?
