Subaru BRZ and Scion FR-S - US' Fastest Selling Cars in May
text size: A- A+
It really comes as no surprise that the two cars are off to such a good sales start, as people already had them pre-ordered, so practically they had already been sold months in advance. If it’s numbers you want, according to edmunds.com, BRZ are flying out of the dealerships at a rate of one every 4 days, while the Scion takes one day longer. The third fastest selling car in the US is another sports car, the Audi TT RS, at a rate of one per week.
The signs are good and we should be seeing more and more of these jointly-developed sports cars on our roads, and we’re all the better for it. Instead of buying gas-guzzling supercars, people should buy these cars, which are greener, cheaper and most often than not, more fun.
