With a brand new Viper introduced for the 2013 model year, SRT is far from revealing a brand new iteration of its V10 supercar. However, that doesn't mean they shouldn't improve the current vehicle by adding new tech and exterior color options.
And that's exactly what they did for the 2014 Detroit Auto Show, where they've introduced a stunning Stryker Green hue, a Grand Touring special options package and a prototype aero package co-developed with Mopar.
Described as an evolution of the Snakeskin Green color, the new Stryker Green will become available this February on the Viper GTS and all Vipers fitted with the new GT package. The latter comes with Nappa leather seats, a five-mode ESC and a two-mode Bilstein DampTronic suspension.
There's no word on whether or not the aero pack will be offered as a Mopar upgrade, but if it does, it will add a carbon fiber rear wing and carbon fiber front corner splitters. Thanks to its radioactive Stryker Green color, this slightly Moparized Viper is a car you just can't miss if you're planning a trip to the Detroit Auto Show.
