New Dacia Sandero Spy Shots
Back in 2008, Renault’s budget brand Dacia took the group’s B-platform and turned into the practical and affordable Sandero hatchback. Now though the Sandero shares most of its components with the latest Nissan Micra/Note/Cube/Tiida, Renault Clio/Modus and of course, but most of all with the Logan sedan.
Now though, a prototype for the new Sandero has been spotted testing under full-body camouflage. Thankfully, we can still make out the new headlight and grille design, which follow that of the Dokker and Lodgy. The fact that this prototype has a mesh upper grille could suggest this is the Sandero Stepway variant.

This all ties in with the most recent rumors coming from Dacia UK. Order books for the Dacia Duster crossover will be opened on June 28th, as full pricing is revealed at the Goodwood Festival of Speed (this week).

But the full launch of the Dacia brand in the UK will take place in January 2013 with two cars, the Duster and the “all-new Sandero supermini”. This means we could be looking at a new model being shown as early as this September’s Paris Motor Show.

We'll remind you that the new Logan was also spotted last week, and is likely to bow in Paris as well.
