Normally when we do our spyshots, we tell you all the little bits that car manufacturers don't want you to know. We try and find the best rendering to show what's hidden under the camo, and imagine what it's going to be like to drive.
But there's no reason to do that here, because this is a car that's as honest as it is amazing. It is of course the convertible version of the best car Aston Martin makes. It's got the best V12 engine the offer and the best interior, not to mention a carbon fiber body that's exquisitely built by skilled craftsmen.

It's the sort of car that brings you closer to divinity, and we don't mean it's lethal. Almost nothing has been hidden from view, as it appease to be just another car, driving in the snow, filling up with petrol while letting the brakes cool off.

Cosmetically, the Vanquish Volante is the same as the coupe. It even seems to retain a pair of (useless) seats in the back. Power should thus come from the same 6-liter V12 engine producing 565hp (573PS) and 620Nm (457 lb-ft) of peak torque.

Instead of opting for a newer twin-clutch, Aston has revised the six-speed Touchtronic, making it faster and smoother. This British piece of craftsmanship, this carbon fiber diamond is in a class all its own. Expect the Vanquish Volante to go on sale around summer.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
