Spyshots: 2010 Kia Cee'd Facelift
- New spyshots showing the future Cee'd
- It will be released at the Frankfurt Auto Show
- It will feature the same engines as the current model
There will be a number of modifications to the front grille, headlights and tail lamps, while the interior will only feature slight upgrades. However, details are still in the very early stage so we can't comment too much on the alterations
As for the engines, the future Cee'd will pretty much rely on the same engine as the current model. All the engines available in the current lineup will also join the future range, so consumers will still be able to opt for the 1.4-, 1.6- and 2.0-liter petrol units or the 1.6-liter CRDi diesel configurations developing either 90 or 115 horsepower.
The refreshed Kia Cee'd is expected to be showcased to the world for the first time at the future Frankfurt Motor Show, so keep an eye on the news as more information should be released in the upcoming months.
Separately, Kia is also working on a hybrid version of the Cee'd, with a 1.6-liter gasoline unit likely to reach the green model. The hybrid is expected to be released sometime in 2011, with the United Kingdom likely to be the first market to get it.
