Whenever it starts to snow, problems in traffic start to occur, especially outside of towns, where the de-snowing machinery never reaches the roads in time, especially in Russia, which is frankly just too vast a country to be covered efficiently.
This Russian driver was just driving along, minding his own business, and as he passes a truck coming the other way, he realizes that there is another truck trying to overtake - coming straight for him. The truck driver which was overtaking takes immediate evasive maneuvers, pulling to the other side of the road, allowing the first driver to pass in-between the two.
It undoubtedly rendered the driver speechless for a good few miles, afterward, as it was a really close call, which could have ended horribly wrong. Furthermore, the overtaking truck driver apparently pulled too hard to the left, and almost fell of the embankment to the side of the road, so he again had to pull hard in the other direction, again, straight for the first driver - terrifying stuff.
