Second Harley-Davidson Cafe in the World to Open in Pune, India

Harley's plans for India seem to be very consistent and not at all limited to building a smaller bike for the local (and eventually worldwide) area: rumors are that the Milwaukee manufacturer intends to open the world's second Harley-Davidson-themed cafe in the world in Pune, India.

Harley-Davidson Cafe in Las Vegas, next one in Pune, India?
The only H-D cafe (so far) is located in Las Vegas and is huge: it can accommodate up to 1400 guests at a time and has more than 15 custom bikes on display, the Elvis Presley and Billy Joel models among them. A central meeting place for Harley-Davidson enthusiasts, the cafe is not only providing food and beverages, but also sells branded merchandise, apparel and memorabilia.

Anoop Prakash, H-D India Managing Director refused to comment on these rumors, but as we saw Harley's growing plans with India, we could indeed see a local concessionaire joining efforts with the Milwaukee brand for the cafe in Pune. Harley-Davidson has sold more than 2000 bikes in India since their first presence there in 2009.
