Russian Bus Driver Smashes into Cars for Educational Purposes

We've seen a lot of "made in Russia" crashes lately, but this one takes us into folklore territory. A Russian bus driver, dubbed "The Punisher", has embarked on a vigilante mission that made him quite popular in his native town.

A bus driver from the city of Zelenograd, Alexei Volkov has become some sort of local hero after posting Youtube videos that show him ramming his bus into vehicles that cut him off on his daily route.

The Russian driver claims he's already been involved in more than 100 accidents and that his mission is to teach Zelenogradians to behave politely in traffic, especially when around busses. And we must admit, size really matters in this case...

"What can I say? They usually behave in a rude manner. I often see how bus waits with the turn signal switched on for one-two minutes, and these morons still continue squeezing in. However, the situation is gradually improving. Also, due to my educational work," Volkov said.

Lucky for him, the company he works for doesn't seem too concerned about his driving record as long as no passenger is hurt and vehicle damage is minor. And thanks to his dashboard camera, he always gets away with it.
