Rich Kid Porsche Cayman Owner Sells Scarves on the Sidewalk for Gas-Money

As China is now the world’s second largest economy by nominal gross domestic product (GDP) and the largest by purchasing power parity, more and more rich kids are seen driving the world’s most expensive cars. It’s the case of this young man from Zhejiang, Eastern China, who decided he’d make his own money to buy gas to fuel the brand new Porsche Cayman his parents gifted him with. So he is now selling scarves along the roadside. They're called tuhao kids

They are called tuhao kids, which stands for the crass rich kids. It's similar to what young Saudi students are called when they’re seen driving a Rolls-Royce to class or what you’d name the sons of Russian oligarchs who are seen buying the newest gold iPhones.

Anyway, this time we’re looking at a kid who decided he’ll be better than that and instead of living off his parents’ salary to actually make a couple of bucks himself.

No gas, no fun

And what better way in doing that than trying to walk on his elders' steps and start selling goods. The young Porsche owner was seen riding along with his girlfriend in Sahoxing city the other night, only to stop and set up a makeshift roadside stall where he would sell scarves. Why? To get money for gas, of course.

According to NetEase News, a chengguan (that's a sort of police man from China) spotted them setting up the itinerant scarf shop and told him that it was illegal to sell any goods along that particular road. The driver ignored his orders and both parties had a conflict, which attracted the curious passersby. Reports claim the young man said his Porsche was purchased by his parents but that he didn’t think it was right to ask for gas money as well.

You see, it’s not only about buying the car itself, but you also need to think about where you get the money for gas from.
