To celebrate Valentine’s Day... which was a week ago, French carmaker Renault has launched the Twingo Mauboussin limited edition. It’s named after a Parisian jeweler and is finished in a Tourmaline Brown metallic paintwork, with Mauboussin decals and Dark Gunmetal Pirate alloy wheels.

“Luxury is being able to make dreams come true. Luxury means expressing emotion and excellence. Renault and Mauboussin have set out to enable as many women as possible to acquire their dream car, combining emotion and excellence. Twingo Mauboussin is luxury that captures the spirit of the times,” adds Alain Nemarq, CEO of Mauboussin. “In deciding to work with Renault, we opted for French excellence. With its Tourmaline Brown bodywork, and chocolate-toned interior, Twingo Mauboussin is a gourmet choice.”

All buyers of the €13,500 Twingo Mauboussin will receive a silver Mauboussin pendant watch named “1960, je t’aime”. It’s only going to be available in France, Italy, Austria and Morocco.
