Renault Takes Twizy Electric Two-Seater to New York

If it’s an electric city car, than it should work in any city, especially if that city is know for using a lot of electricity. And what do you know: the Renault Twizy is a perfect fit for a small corner of the world called New York - the Big Apple.
Yes, French carmaker Renault took the two-seater electric city car all the way to the other shores of the Atlantic ocean. And everybody from the blind man to a coupe of chefs seems to love it, even though they’ve probably never heard of it.

We don’t really care about any of their opinions, except for the Indian taxi drive who obviously knows what he’s talking about when he says it’s better looking than the smart fortwo... which it is!

“A morning jog in Central Park, arty shopping in Soho, a nighttime stroll under the lights of Times Square... Twizy is also starring alongside the world's greatest chefs at a special dinner organized by Relais & Chateaux,” Renault says.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
