The Clio RS 200 EDC is the car that changed the hot hatch world this year. For not a lot more than the previous model, you get a new turbo engine and a EDC double-clutch gearbox. You also get a slightly bigger car, a faster car and one that's more practical, since it's got two extra doors.
But for some people that's not enough and for those people, the first place to go to is famed Renault tuner from Germany Elia. At this year's Essen Motor Show, Elia brought over its tuning project for the Clio RS, as well as the Twingo.
Focusing on the hot hatch, we'd mention that it now packs 225 PS, 25 more than stock, and 280 Nm of torque, which is 50 more than stock. It's not a shy car either, with gigantic 19-inch chrome wheels, extra trim, new four-piece exhaust pipes and a chin spoiler for you to scrape. Elia even went as far as changing up interior.
