Some might think red is not a good color for a sportscar because it's feminine, but the exact opposite is true. Red is the color of aggression and anger, it's the color of male pride. Think about it: from the rooster to the poison frog many animals use bright red in displays of masculinity and aggression, It's the same with us men and our Ferraris!
Once you think about it, red is a fantastic color, which many automakers use to differentiate boring from cool. Average Porsche Cayenne – grey – Cayenne GTS – bright red with black accents. Which brings us to our subject of the moment, the Macan GTS.

Having just been launched into production at the Leipzig factory, the Macan is available in three flavors: S, Turbo and a splash of diesel. While that's enough choice for a recently launched model, Porsche is sure to add more versions, especially considering the Cayenne has 7 versions, 10 if you also include the Platinum models. One of the models on Porsche's agenda is the Macan GTS.

Company officials have discussed the idea with the media and since it makes a lot of sense we thought we'd show you what a baby GTS SUV would look like. Now, based on the other models that wear this badge, the GTS would fit in between the S and Turbo, offering a powertrain based on the S. We think it should have about 360 hp from the 3-liter twin-turbo V6 Porsche developed. Lowered suspension and superior response for the gearbox, engine and steering system would also have to be part of the equation. 0 to 100 km/h in 5 seconds flat and a fruity exhaust note would ensure there's a bit more fun to be had than in the ordinary Macan, which is no bad thing.
