Polish Volkswagen Polo Rally Prototype with 400 HP Drifting

Why would anyone pack 400 hp inside a VW Polo? Well, doing it for fun would be a great answer, but the Polo in the adjacent video, which delivers 405 hp , has a much higher purpose in life.
Built for Polish race driver Paul Dytko ‘s 2012 FIA European Hill-Climb Championship offensive, this Polo rally car is one impressive machine, as the clip shows. Want an example? This machine can deal with the 0 to 62 mph in four seconds.

However, we musn’t confuse this with Volkswagen Motorsport’s Polo R WRC. For example, the project’s budget still isn’t enough, with team Dykto looking for sponsors in order to give the car a tubular steel chassis.
