Police Car Disguised as Yellow Cab in Manhattan [Video]

Otherwise we wouldn't have known it was a New York City cop car anyway, since its "stealth" mode is quite sneaky. Well, it's not exactly the first police car to work as a taxi, but spotting one in action is a rare opportunity.
This Ford Crown Victoria seems to be escorting a NYPD van through the streets of Manhattan and that's about all we know, but word has it that they're also using some Nissan Altimas as well.
We don't know about you, but it doesn't make us feel quite safe in traffic. If you know what we mean, that is! And no, we really don't know how many of them are out there.
In all seriousness, is getting a ride in one of these good or bad?
