Polaris Acquires KLIM, the Technical Riding Gear Expert

Minnesota-based Polaris, one of the best-known brands in the world when it comes to ATVs and snowmobiles has just announced the acquisition of Teton Outfitters LLC, which is the privately-owned company behind top-drawer riding gear experts KLIM.

The price of the transaction was not disclosed and it seems like this move meets the desires of both parts. On one hand, KLIM has been looking for new financial resources for developing and expanding their range of exceptional products, whereas Polaris had the perfect opportunity to add yet another leading name under their umbrella, next to the already famous Victory Motorcycles.

With Polaris building up their new PG&A (parts , garments and accessories) business segment and KLIM already being one of the most revered names in the field, we might expect massive resources channeled for developing of new, better gear in the near future.
