Pikachu Lamborghini Aventador 50 Anniversario Is a V12 Pokemon in Japan

At least when it comes to the stories we've brought you so far, we've divided Pokemon (Go) tales in three main categories. We have the obvious game-related pieces, the articles that about the crashes (alas, these are just as obvious) and the ones that highlight real life Pokemons.

What do you mean you don't know what actual Pokemons look like? We're talking about supercars dressed as these creatures, of course. And the latest contraption of this kind is a Lamborghini.

We're dealing with an Aventador 50 Anniversario. While Lamborghini only gifted the world with 200 units of the special edition, 100 Coupes and 100 Roadsters, a Japanese owner decided to dress up his Sant'Agata Bolognese machine as Pikachu.

The machine has been spotted in traffic (lens tip to Autogespot for the image), alongside a Diablo that also sports a similar theme - we can't guess the character adorning the nose of the senior Lambo, though.

If you ask us, this Aventador is more Dragon Ball Z than Pokemon are we're talking about the apparently-battle-ready body kit of the V12 machine. Oh, and let's not forget the badging: the owner apparently considered the usual "Lamborghini" badge on the rear fascia insufficient, so he added another one up front, while using greedily-sized stickers on the sides of the supercar.

You don't need to be a pop culture expert to figure out that Pikachu is the most popular choice when it comes to supercar owners going all cosplay on their rides. Want another example? This Pikachu McLaren 650S should do the trick.

However, don't imagine Pikachu is the only idea that pops into supercar driver's minds - case in point with the Doraemon McLaren 675 Longtail from Taiwan.

P.S.: It's not like Lamborghini owners from that part of the world need fictional characters to turn their Ranging Bulls into rolling attention magnets.
