Passat CC Gets VW Genuine Accessories
- The products range is design-oriented
- There were no changes brough to the car technical specs
- The car's aerodynamics and sporty look are enhanced
The car’s aerodynamic accessory product range is highlighted by a redesigned front spoiler, which gives Passat CC’s front end a sporty note, while optimizing the aerodynamics and reducing drag.
The four-door coupe can also get a new side skirt, which creates a visual contrast to the car’s shoulder line. Moreover, the rear spoiler creates a striking extension of the luggage compartment lid, optimizing the overall sporty appearance and reducing the tail lift.
The high-gloss rear strip in chrome effect provides an additional visual accent while simultaneously protecting the rim of the luggage compartment. Passionate drivers can also choose the stainless steel sill protector with 3D Passat lettering.
Volkswagen Accessories has developed the titanium-colored 19-inch “Sagitta” light alloy wheel with slightly rotated spokes and clear lines to match all the other products in the range and complete the styling kit.
And since the only enhancements the model gets are design-oriented, the Volkswagen Passat CC, often referred to as the four-door coupe version of the classic Passat, remains with unaltered technical performances.
Therefore, the car is still offered with a 1.8-liter TFSI inline-four (118 kW - 160 PS or 158 hp) or a 2.0-liter inline-four TDI engines, both with front-wheel drive and 6-speed manual, or with a 3.6-liter VR6 engine (220 kW - 299 PS or 295 hp) with 4motion four-wheel drive and a 6-speed twin-clutch Direct-Shift Gearbox (DSG).
