Paris Hilton Goes Shopping With Her Lexus LFA, Fills It With Designer Bags

When socialite Paris Hilton goes shopping you’d expect her to have a spare van just for the bags. All women love shopping, but when you’re talking about the "princess of the Hilton empire", there’s no price that will stop her from getting what she wants. Problem is, the 33-year-old DJ didn’t realize that her white Lexus LFA is not really what you use to carry stuff around town.

Critics and admirers have said that Hilton is famous for being famous. She makes money and is rocking with the stars not through talent or work, but through inherited wealth and lifestyle. Imagine that she earns millions every year just using this. Paris Hilton parlayed her media fame into perfumes and a fashion line with her endorsement; fragrances have reportedly earned her $1.5 billion.

She even makes tons of money as a DJ

Just try to imagine what this rich lady is worth. There are 44 Paris Hilton stores worldwide, with products including perfumes, handbags, watches and footwear. She earns over $10 million a year from product sales and, as of 2005, was paid about $300,000 for appearances in clubs and events.

Even as a DJ she's already with the best of the best. But why are we telling you all this? Because we want to outline the big picture. A person that rich going shopping in a Lexus LFA. Really?

Believe it or not, she might be right

Before you start hatting, however, we did think about an explanation that might exonerate Paris Hilton from embarrassing herself.

Yes, we all know exotic sportscars or hypercars have a long history of getting well-heeled people traveling light, as there is not that much of space in the trunk. Most of the cases, a pair of small gym bags are all that will fit.

Lexus found the solution?

That is where Lexus comes in. You see, a couple of years ago, the luxury auto maker entered a partnership with luggage maker Tumi to design and manufacture special suitcases for its supercar. Back then, they claimed the hard-shell bags, made of carbon-fiber-like material (of course...), were sized to make the most of the car’s limited storage space.

Good. So there is a way Paris could’ve used her white LFA for shopping. Problem is, we can’t quite see the black suitcases. As far as we can tell the only bags she put in the trunk are the designer bags. Hmm...
