NWG Zero - Small Two-Seater EV with Italian Flair

Having recently been blessed by the Pope, Italian EV manufacturer NWG has a promising future ahead, if we were to judge by the blessing itself, but also by looking at their first and only product to date, the ‘Zero’ two-seater EV.

From a design standpoint, the little Italian creation is quite funky and pleasing to the eye - it even has pillarless doors. We also like the interior, and particularly, the nicely-lit and good-looking central console which concentrates a lot of buttons, as well as a display which shows the driver all key information (speed, range, state of charge etc).

While not many technical details have been revealed, the car is capable of reaching a top speed of 100 km/h (62 mph) and it has a maximum claimed range of 140 km (86 miles). Couple these figures with what looks like a nicely designed little car, and it should prove to be successful in Europe, if priced correctly. We have found no information regarding its price or launch date, but judging by the photos, it looks production-ready.
