Nissan Juke Facelift Rendered. Is it Needed?

Nissan is responsible for creating one of the most confusing model ranges ever. Just to give you an example, the US Versa Note is just called "Note" in Europe, but it's a "Versa" in some parts of Asia. The automaker also used to have some of the ugliest cars we've ever seen. Just think of the Pixo or Cube and try to hold on to your lunch.
Though some say the Juke is also an ugly car, we and hundreds of thousands of people who bought one disagree. Bold ands strong, yet really compact, it's an ideal fashion statement for a lot less money than a MINI Cooper. We also love it because there's nothing confusing about its name.

But does it need a facelift? Now that the Qashqai, X-Trail or Pathfinder all have a family face, does the Juke belong? This rendering by X-Tomi Design tell us what the new Qashqai's grille would look like on its smaller brother. It's kind of an interesting transformation, but without its gigantic round fog lights, the Juke just isn't itself any more.

Regardless what we or even you guy think, Nissan is unlikely to do facelift this car, and will likely just straight to a new generation in 2016. They should, however, slot a new 1.2-liter turbo engine under the bonnet, replacing the thirsty and gutless 1.6-liter.
