Nissan GT-R Hit by Tuning Explosion
Ladies and Gentlemen, we give a 800 hp GT-R that rides on 21-inch ADV.1 rims (we must thank stancenation and Ronnie Renaldi for the info and images). The Godzilla you see here was fitted with Switzer’s P800 package, but that is only a part of the story, as the owner wanted to push the tuning pedal to the floor, going for extreme modifications, such as a roll cage, a carbon fiber explosion for the interior, as well as a multitude of mean but not exagerated aerodynamic modifications.
We won’t go through the complete list of mods here. Instead, we’ll give a sample of what this ride is all about by enumerating the brakes and suspension aftermarket goodies (yes, we're obsessed with handling more than anything else):
- JRZ RS pro coil overs running 1200/1000 spring combo
- Dodson front upper control arms
- Dodson rear lower control arms
- Stillen adjustable sway bars
- Braided brake lines
- PFC rotors with PFC pads
- Willall brake mister system
As for the aforementioned rims, we are talking about ADV.1 10 deep Convace three-piece wheels that come in a 21x10.5-inch (front) and 21x12-inch (rear) size. The rims uses a back matte center, brushed gunmetal lip and have the barrel tinted clear. The tires? Just as extreme: Pirellis 295/25/21 (front) and 375/20/21 (rear).
