Nissan GT-R Agent Orange Now Boasts 1000 hp

It’s safe to say that the Nissan GT-R has created a tsunami of emotions that is traveling around the globe and can’t be stopped. From the first moment Nissan released the car, the company made it clear that tuners should not mess around it it. The carmaker was so serious about this that it threw a “you’ll lose the warranty!” ball in the game.

What was the result of all that? More and more aftermarket packages being developed, bought and used for offering thrills to drivers from all over the world.

And now, there’s a new bad boy in town the world: Operation Agent Orange just got better. The infamous GT-R now has a new technical identity.

You see, the car was initially fitted with AMS Performance’s Alpha 9 kit, which allowed it to assault the tarmac with 900 hp, which, if used wisely, brought the car a “mid 9” quarter mile time.

Now the vehicle has received a new upgrade, in the form of the AMS Alpha 10 package. In the real world, where you use pump gas, this should mean that the orange Godzilla (yes, the car has kept its color) could run the quarter mile in 9.1 seconds at 163 mph (these are the official figures for the performance kit).
