Nico Rosberg and Wife Vivian Sibold Welcome First Daughter

Not much is known about Nico Rosberg’s personal life, which does not bother us at all, considering serious petrolhead issues such as Formula One should never turn into cheap soap operas. But a happy event like the birth of your first child is important enough for Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One to officially congratulate the couple on Twitter.

The German F1 driver may not be as famous as Lewis Hamilton, but his driving records are more than appealing. Rosberg won the 2005 GP2 Series for the ART team, having raced in Formula 3 Euro Series previously for his father Keke Rosberg’s racing team. Because yes, pro racing runs in the family with this happy petrolhead.

It was ten years later when he joined the re-branded Mercedes team and ever since, Rosberg was more than great at his driving. He won 11 Grands Prix and earned 16 pole positions so far. His biggest career achievement was in 2014, when he finished second in the Formula One World Championship for Mercedes, behind his team-mate Lewis Hamilton.

The youngest driver to set the fastest lap, Rosberg has only recently married his long time girlfriend and have just welcomed a healthy girl, announcing the happy event on their social network accounts. As we said earlier, it was not just them to announce fans, but so did Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One on their official Twitter account.

Now, in our experience, pro drivers regularly inspire their love for fast cars and tight turns into their kids at a very fresh age. Take the funny YouTuber, who keeps making videos with his 5-year-old son while drifting his car to the extreme or even better, think of Kevin Harvick’s son.

The NASCAR Sprint Cup champion can’t stop posting videos with him driving the go-kart he got for his birthday recently. Even if Rosberg’s newborn is a girl, we have heard of women racing before, so who knows, maybe we looking at the next F1 champ.
