When most people think of clown cars, the VW Beetle or Fiat 500 come to mind. They're small, cute and just have the right vibe for a humorous, child-friendly environment. But what if you want to make a clown car for adults?
One of the most amazing, tactile modern Porsche machines, the 911 GT3, has just been turned into a clown car of sorts. Automotive sacrilege of this caliber demands an explanation. Explaining what you guys are seeing is kind of a long-winded discussion, so grab your corn dogs and get ready… for the greatest show on earth.

Bassie & Adriaan were a Dutch circus duo who started a popular television show in the late 1970s. The ginger-haired, red-nosed clown played by Bas van Toor is famous even to this day and now somebody wants to make a 21st century version of the TV show.

The organizers wanted to promote it and joined the Challenge 2014 - Carbon Edition road rally from Rotterdam (The Netherlands) to Marrakech in a brand new Porsche 911 GT3. An appropriate wrap was applied to the 911, complete with eyelashes and a trailer.

We won't pretend to understand Dutch clown humor. The fact is it looks weirds and even non Porsche fans should agree it's a shame to do this to a GT3. But we are wondering what the Moroccans are going to make of this crazy contraption.
