text size: A- A+
The new Sentra is powered by a 1.8-liter engine, which makes 130 hp and 173 Nm (128 lb-ft) of torque, which can either be coupled to a six-speed manual, or an optional CTV automatic. With the latter equipped, the Sentra can nudge 30 mpg in town, and 39 mpg on the highway.
The car comes as standard with the usual slew of equipment, including four electric windows, MP3-compatible sound system, and manual air-con. An extensive list of optional extras is available, though, and prospective buyers can add Dual Zone Climate Control, a premium sound system by Bose, sat-nav and rear view parking camera.
