Although we’ve seen the 2015 Ford Mustang in lots and lots of photos, and even in a short video showing its exhaust note, we have yet to see the brand new pony car in action. Rolling that is.
But that ends today, with a 2-minute video that exposes the new musclecar while being driven on Route 66. Even though it doesn’t come via Ford, the footage is obviously taken while the Blue Oval company was shooting some rolling flicks out in the desert, so we might get more action in the near future.
As a reminder, the 2015 Ford Mustang was officially unveiled on December 5 and is scheduled to be became available in late 2014. The sixth-generation pony could go on sale in April, when the Mustang celebrates its 50th anniversary.
More tech details on the musclecar will be revealed on January 7, when the Mustang will be showcased at the 2014 International Consumers Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.
