Mitsubishi’s UK division today announced that its entire network of franchised dealers will become a group of Mitsubishi Electric Vehicle Centres starting from this month.
By the end of March, each dealership will have two trained EV salesmen and aftersales technicians. Thus, the automotive producer is paving the way for the arrival of the I-MiEV plug-in hybrid, which is scheduled to arrive in the UK withing the next 18 months.

Mitsubishi will be the first comapny in the world to mass produce an EV and Lance Bradley, Mitsubishi Motors UK’s Managing Director, recently wanted to emphasize this:

“The Pure EV i-MiEV has now been a reality for the last year with lots more new plug-in hybrid technology and vehicles to come to the UK soon. Our dealer network will provide excellent service and be able to offer the best advice to our retail and fleet customers.”
