Mercedes W211 E63 AMG Rides on Vossen Concave Wheels

Wheel specialist Vossen have just released a new video showing the E63 AMG performance saloon sitting pretty on a set of massive 20-inch wheels. These five-spoke bad boys are called Vossen VVS-CV3 Concave Wheels, and their matte graphite color has set off the white body of the E-Class very nicely.
We find it quite fitting that the soundtrack for the video is a classical song reinterpreted by music producer Anno Domini, since this is basically what has happened to the car. If you didn’t realize it already, this is actually the W211, or simply put the old version of the E-Class AMG. When it was launched way back in 2002, it was fitted with a smaller 5.5-liter V8, which was later switched to a 6.2-liter (what you see here) in 2006.

In stock form, the AMG-built engine produces 514 horsepower and 464 lb-ft (630 Nm) of torque.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
