McLaren F1 GTR Street Car Mixes Red with Pink [Video]
The adjacent video brings an F1 racer that was built for Team Goh - despite its Team Lark McLaren branding - back in 1996. The race car managed to register one victory before it was reduced to a pile of metal in a crash.
Subsequently, the car was replaced by a redone chassis and it didn’t take long until its owner decided to apply for road use homologation. In fact, the F1 was never built to become a racecar, with its original aim being to bring the ultimate performance to the street.
The video below allows us to see the car on the street, wearing its usual livery that seems to mix red with pink. The clip comes with a delicious soundtrack, courtesy of the BMW V12 unit at the center of the car.
