When we brought you the first leaked images of the 650S supercar this weekend, word from our source was that an official reveal would follow on Wednesday (tomorrow, at the time of writing this article). McLaren was forced to come forth with the goods a little earlier, though we don't think all the secrets are out yet.
The 650S will go on sale this spring, but despite the imminence of its debut, there aren't any images of the Spider version, despite its existence being mentioned in the press release.
That car will probably only be shown once Geneva opens its inviting doors at the beginning of March, which is why we're showing you a rendering created by X-Tomi Design.
For about €30,000 extra, the 650S Spider will get you a little bit more power and a superior chassis setup to the regular 12C. The car also comes with a new front end with P1-type styling. It's a bargain, really!
