Maserati GranTurismo Door Hit by Bus [Video]

With more cameras than ever spread around the world, not a day goes by without us seeing something interesting - a moment that would have been lost to the viral world were it not for the digital era.

This little Maserati lost a bit of paint and most of its confidence on a Polish TV show called “Zakup Kontrolowany”, which translates roughly as “Purchase Control”. According to GT Spirit who first ran this story from a local source, the woman in the video is Margaret Socha, an actress who was cautious enough to get out of the driver’s seat due to the weather and fear she would crash the Italian coupe.

So she and the presenter swop places. But as the man gets into the Maserati’s driver seat, he leaves the door wide open, and a bus snags it with its rear end while changing lanes. Supposedly, the damage is worth €10,000 ($13,000), but we’re also worried the soul and dignity of the sportscar have been lost.
