Mansory, the tuning company renowned for its eccentric packages for luxury models, has created another kit for the Bentayga.
The first SUV offered by Bentley will be exhibited at this year’s SEMA Show in Las Vegas with the Mansory package. The company has reworked the British SUV in its labs with carbon fiber body elements “baked” in its autoclaves, as well as additional engine output and extra interior refinements.
In other words, Mansory has created a complete treatment for the Bentayga, a car that is already expensive and has numerous personalization options available from the factory.
However, Mansory clients are known for their unique choices, so this kit should fit the bill for those that have purchased a Bentayga and feel that their vehicle is already a common sight on the road.
It happens to all of us, it seems. You buy a car that is supposed to be unique, but you go on a drive and see one on the road that resembles yours to a disturbing degree.
While those that have affordable cars in their driveway will have to do with modest tuning options, Bentley customers want more than just a set of rims and a crazy paint job.
So Mansory has decided to modify the front end of the Bentayga, complete with a new front grille, a different bumper, an apron, and additional LED daytime running lights. The wheel arches have been engineered to make the SUV even wider, and the tailgate got a two-piece spoiler to minimize lift on the rear axle.
The Bentayga also gets a sport exhaust system, and the exterior package is completed by a set of 22-inch alloy wheels, along with various ornaments that have not been mentioned above.
Customers can order a new engine management system, which raises peak output to 701 HP and 1,050 Nm in the company of the new sports exhaust. Mansory says it has increased the top speed of the Bentayga by approximately 10 km/h thanks to these modifications.
Once inside, customers will find a new steering wheel, an aluminum pedal set, individually stitched floor mats, and many new ornaments. Clients can order an entirely hand-made leather upholstery for the Bentayga, which comes as a slight surprise considering the level of personalization offered by the automaker from Crewe.
Regardless, the option of customizing a Bentayga is on the market, and it is your call if you contact Mansory to modify Bentley’s first SUV. You only live once, right?
