Ever had a nasty conversation with your lady while she was driving and you were sitting in the passenger seat? Well, this guy had a really bad one, last Saturday when he decided to jump out of the moving car to end arguing with his girlfriend. Problem is, the driver wouldn’t stop even after a police officer told her to, several times.
You can laugh how much you want, but you should know this guy was pretty serious. The crazy incident happened on Saturday, when a man from Fife, Washington, decided he would rather jump from the car than keep arguing with his girlfriend. According to charges filled in Pierce County Superior Court, obtained by Komonews, a Fife Police Department officer was driving in the 3000 block of Pacific Highway last Saturday, when he saw a man dive from the passenger seat of a moving car and fall into the street.
After the guy jumped, the driver, later identified as 33-year old Alice Finley, tried to put the car into a parking lot. The officer could even hear Finley yelling at the man, who was walking away. The officer turned on his lights and even his siren, but the furious lady wouldn’t stop the car.
In an attempt to flee, Finley entered the street without checking for traffic and ran a red light. According to the charging documents, her boyfriend once again tried to stop her but had to jump out of the way when Finley only slowed down. But this crazy story does not end here.
Somehow the guy got back into the car through the passenger windows and tried to wrestle control of the car, while his feet dangled out the window. When she finally stopped into yet another parking lot, her boyfriend stood in front of the care to assure she wouldn’t runaway.
Finley told the officer she didn’t stop because she and her boyfriend were arguing and she didn’t want to deal with it. But she was still charged with attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle.
