It was only last week when Lexus tweeted by mistake a shady photo described as showing the LF-SA concept, a potential starting point in the development of a sub-compact model. Now, a series of clear photos of the concept have surfaced online.
We don't know if these photos hit the web by mistake and frankly, we don't even care that much, as long as we got to see what Lexus designers have been up to. Needless to say, the LF-SA looks agressive alright, exactly what we would expect from Lexus but it's also looking rather small.

In order to compensate for it's reduced dimensions, designers gifted the LF-SA concept with muscular fenders, big wheels and an integrated spoiler. As you would expect, the prototype also retains the brand's trademark pinched spindle grille and LED light signature.

Get ready for some more angular, sharp styling once you get inside the LF-SA concept. Designers were given the green light here as well and came up with a futuristic dashboard, center console and something that looks like a HUD (head-up display), all seasoned with a lot of metallic accents.

In just a few days we'll find out more about the concept's technical specs, once it makes its official debut in Geneva, but as previous rumors suggested, the LF-SA looks like it could turn into a new entry-level model that will share its platform's with Toyota's Yaris but at this point, we're looking at pure speculation.

What we can say for sure is that the production model, if there will ever be one, will not look as out of this world as the LF-SA concept and will most lileky adopt a more down to Earth look. However, such a model could go on sale as far as 2018, which means it's too early to jump into conclusions.
